• By using Polar ID, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Polar ID on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Use of Service

• Polar ID is a cryptographic solution designed to provide secure identity verification services. You may use Polar ID only in accordance with these Terms and for lawful purposes.

Restrictions

• You agree not to misuse the Polar ID service or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of any part of Polar ID.
• Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism on any of the services or use the service in any other manner that poses a security or service risk to Compozite Research or any of its users.
• Use Polar ID in a way that could harm, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in and to Polar ID, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the property of Compozite Research and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.

Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Polar ID and for any activities or actions under your password. Compozite Research cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Privacy

• Your use of Polar ID is subject to Compozite Research's Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Polar ID is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, Compozite Research explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Compozite Research does not warrant that Polar ID will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Modifications

• Compozite Research reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Polar ID service or to modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.
